Development of Micro-Structured Surfaces

A new way of manufacturing has been developed with micro-structured surface which novels different structures or textures with three-dimensions by the researchers of SEO Company Jaipur. These surfaces are self-assembled from carbon nanotubes that can exhibit various properties that include mechanical strength and stiffness. It also has the ability to repel water in certain direction. It has been defined by the team of researchers that many kinds of mechanical forces are directed with nanostructures so that it can form complex micro structures with three-dimensions. It can independently control different mechanical properties. Multiple techniques are used that induces carbon nanotubes that can bend whenever they will grow. The mechanism is similar to the bending of bimetallic strip that are used as the control in thermostats as soon as it will get warm. Among these, one of the materials will expand and other is bonded with it. But this process includes the bending of material with the production of chemical reaction.
