A new research has been done by the researchers, which offer insight into the dislocations of crystals. It is kind of defect in materials which is very common as well as electrical and heat transport could be affected through crystals at a quantum and microscopic level. Where the orderly three dimensional structure of a crystal lattice are the places of dislocations in crystals and whose arrangement of atoms has been repeated with exactly the same spacing is disrupted.

The effect can be understand with an example if through the crystals a knife had been sliced and then the pieces have been stuck back together askew from their original positions. A strong effect would have on phonons by these defects, the modes of the lattice vibrations by Best Engineering College Rajasthan which have an important role in the thermal as well as the electrical properties of the crystals with the help of which they travel. But a well understanding of the mechanism and dislocation phonon interactions had been elusive as well as controversial. In order to tailor the thermal properties of materials, this process has been slowed towards using dislocations.

In order to learn the important details about the interaction work of them, the engineering team is able to learn these things and this could also inform future efforts in order to develop thermoelectric devices and other kinds of electronic systems. These findings have been reported in many news papers by MBA College in Jaipur which describe very common defects in crystals along with the way they affect for example: heat dissipates with the help of a silicon microchip or the current flows through a silicon solar panel.

In order to explain about phonon dislocation interactions, there were two competing approaches by the engineers. Now a new mathematical approach has been found by the team in order to analyze such systems by using a new particle they have formulated.
