Technology today has made life easier and quicker. As we look at technologies, questions are risen. By the way what are technologies? Modern technology is machinery that makes life easier. For example, microwave ovens cook food easily without using stoves and making a big mess. And dishwashers put all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and it washes them. Dishwashers are very easy to use and save time comparing it in the old fashion way. Today modern technology also has created problems because they are dangerous.
There are more advantages in technologies than disadvantages. How is technology an advantage? Today technology is very important in society because it makes life easier to live on and not time consuming. Computers and technology are now part of our daily lives. We've come upon to depend on them to function and to live. Today in airports and other facilities we all must go through a metal detector or have someone pass over us a hand-held detector. Who would've thought that we'd ever have such a thing like hidden cameras, or motion sensors? Nobody expected it, but now its part of us. Let us have a look at some of the technological advancements that have taken place in the Industry:
The first one being the mobile technology.
With the advent of science and technology, more features, services, and functions have been introduced in the mobile Industry. Smartphone’s have really changed the concept of using mobile. Initially, mobiles were devised only for communication but no one can use it for navigating unknown locations as well. Laptops, another creation can’t be ignored here. Earlier, computer systems were introduced but now they have been replaced by laptops or notebooks.
Business use: Technology is very much taken in use in business. Web designing, web development, digital marketing, content writing, and much more are all one or the other formations of technology. Traditionally, most of the businesses were based on human power but technology has reduced human work and replaced with the machines, so one can start his or her business at a faster rate.
Improved Social Networking: Internet, web browsing, networking, and communication are all parts of technology. In today’s world, when everyone is busy with their hectic work schedule, it is really difficult to spare some time for the social networking but the Internet and the social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, etc have brought together those people and improved their social relations.
More scope of Education.
Technology has brought a considerable change in the education industry. With the Introduction of mobile, electronic gadgets, and laptops, it is quite easier to gather information about anything. You can access libraries, download mobile apps to store and view data while you are on the go. Before this Internet, students used to visit libraries, spend time in going and coming back but the Internet world has given every piece of information on the laps.
Online shopping
Online shopping is again a blessing of technology especially for those, who couldn’t find time for shopping. Now you can sit or relax at your home and order grocery, clothes, furniture, or any other useful product or services delivered direct to your doorstep.
Banking sector of course, how can we forget to mention here.
Net banking, debit card, credit card, e-payments, mutual funds, Insurance policies, etc are all part of technology game.
There are uncountable uses of technology so limiting its importance to specific area isn’t worth. We have tried to focus on some of the main areas but still there are more to count. Latest technology has some disadvantages as well, but with slight care and precautions from the day 1, you can move smoothly without any hassle.
