A very common question every student has is “What to do after school?” Admittedly, until 12th, life had been very straightforward (academically). You attend the class, study, give exams, and then forget all about it. It is only once we leave school that we realize, from now on, we have unlimited options to choose from. We can take any career path in any part of the world. All this is very overwhelming and leads to a lot of confusion. There is no one to dictate you because you have to work “according to your interest”. So, what to do after this realization hits you?
Naturally, you have tons of options, but you somewhat narrow down your interests when you select a stream in the beginning of class 11th. From there, it becomes easier to think in one direction. Selecting a career path is an extremely crucial decision because whether you like it or not, you will be studying about it till at least the next 4 years.
In India, if you had PCM in 12th, the common notion is that you will take up engineering, which is also true for majority of the population. However, your choices do not end here. There are uncountable engineering colleges all over India. As an engineer, you will be pursuing a B.Tech degree, which requires high technical and practical knowledge.
Selecting a college won’t be a piece of cake since it depends on a number of factors, most important being your result. You have to keep in mind a number of things before taking admission. Location is an eminent factor in choosing colleges. If you are familiar with the north-west India, then its best to take admission in that side of the country since it won’t throw you too much out of your comfort zone, while giving you the necessary exposure.
The biggest state of country, Rajasthan, is a hub to many prestigious B.Tech colleges, which get students from all over the country. Best B.Tech colleges in Rajasthan can be found in the top cities like Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, etc. These colleges have a lot of experience in teaching and have facilities for best learning. With a long legacy of placement records, they have ties with national and international companies for better industrial exposure for its students. Highly qualified staff, neat hostels, and a big, lively campus is every student’s dream.
Apart from a good education, Rajasthan’s rich culture will create respect for the diversity of India. The state has many recreational places for the students to go to. There are forts, resorts and hill stations for a quick break, which is essential to keep the mind creative. Creativity is a very important part of engineering life.
Being the capital, Jaipur has been the attraction of students for all courses. A rich history, it has a number of forts and café where students can go to relax. Undoubtedly, the best B.Tech College in Jaipur is the most sought after. In Jaipur, you will find people from all walks and backgrounds of life, from different cultures and beliefs, which broadens your thinking, which is kind of the whole point of college: expanding your horizons. You will meet people with so much talent, that you will be motivated to do better. Apart from this, these colleges have the most learned mentors for proper guidance. They aim at providing entrepreneurship experience to budding engineers. They have a lush green campus with many facilities like sports, dance, gym, and different clubs to pursue co-curricular interests. They ensure the overall development of a child.
Although, here we have mentioned engineering, these points are true for any course you may want to pursue. A healthy environment and eagerness to learn will help you go a long way in every vocation.
